As an HR manager with more than 20 years of experience in the development and transformation of human resources management systems, he led a large number of transformational projects related to the development of reward systems, performance management and organizational design, HR controlling and planning. He gained experience in large business systems such as A1, INA - MOL Grupa and Hrvatsko Telekom where, among other things, he was responsible for the digitization of performance management and competence development systems, reward systems, and managed IT solution development projects for basic HR processes. The successful implementation and continuous development of the HRnet application as a central HRIS platform has been his mission throughout most of his career. For the last 2 years within SD Worx, he has been dedicated to improving the user experience of existing and new HRnet users, and through the transfer of his own user experience, he strives to contribute to finding the best solutions for the digitization of the HR process of users.

He is a member of the CIPD, the world's most important HR institution based in London, where he completed his specialization in Human Resources Management. He is active as a lecturer at specialized HR programs and as a speaker at a number of HR conferences. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and received a master's degree in business management from the IECD Bled School of Management. As a Pliva scholarship holder, he is just starting his career in Pliva. After nearly ten years of business and management experience in that company, he joined Philip Morris in 2008, where after finance, he assumed positions of increasing responsibility in various business areas such as planning, business intelligence and business development. Mirko Talajić is an experienced professional with strong competencies in data management, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and leadership. After completing his formal education at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Zagreb and earning a Master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, he also completed his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Information Studies in Slovenia. Zoran Sušanj Graduated in psychology at the Faculty of Pedagogy in Rijeka, master's degree at the Faculty of Philosophy in Ljubljana, doctorate at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. He worked as a personnel officer in DINA-Petrokemija Omišalj, as a military psychologist in the Croatian Army and as a director of AT Adria d.o.o. Zagreb for business consulting of organizations of various industries in the field of management and systematic development of human resources. Employed as a professor in tenure at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Rijeka, where he is also the head of the Center for Applied Psychology. He teaches Organizational Psychology, Leadership Psychology and Organizational Development at the psychology graduate course, and he teaches in the broader field of work and organizational psychology at other graduate and postgraduate studies in the country and abroad. He researched work motivation, psychology of entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational climate and culture, and organizational justice. Published about sixty scientific and professional papers and two books in the field of organizational psychology and human resources development. He is the coordinator of the Careers Office and Head of the University Counseling Center of the University of Rijeka, a member of the Strategy Committee of the University of Rijeka and advisor to the Rector of the University of Rijeka for strategic management and human resources.

Ana Belajdžić is born on January 19, 1986, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek. She currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Department of Psychology and the Head of the Chair for Developmental and Applied Psychology. During her four-year term, she also held leadership positions as the Vice Dean for Study Programs and Lifelong Learning, as well as the Vice Dean for Teaching and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek. Professor Belajdžić teaches courses such as Introduction to Work Psychology and Organizational Psychology, Work Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Career Management, and Justice in Organizational Contexts. Her primary research interest lies in justice in organizational contexts, and she also conducts research on work attitudes, leadership, and the psychology of entrepreneurship. She applies her expertise in the broader field of work psychology and organizational psychology to organizational practice and utilizes it in her consulting work in the area of human resource development.

She is the winner of the "Ramiro Bujas" award of the Croatian Psychological Society for achievements in the popularization of psychological science, the Annual State Science Award for the popularization and promotion of science in the field of social sciences, and the "Zoran Bujas" award for the psychology book of the year.

She is one of the founders and president of the Croatian Network of Positive Psychology and the representative of Croatia in the European Network of Positive Psychology.

He began his professional career as a psychologist in the field of the development and application of psychological tests. He continues his career in the fields of market research and public opinion polling, where he worked as a research director (CEMA, GfK). After a year in management consulting, he returns to market research. He founded the Prizma agency, where, together with a team of experts, he has been conducting research for the largest Croatian companies and institutions for 25 years. He also regularly leads public exchange research projects using all qualitative and quantitative research approaches.

He teaches several courses at two Croatian universities and participates as a guest lecturer at three other universities. Research methodologies, data analysis, and connecting scientific approaches in a real environment are of scientific interest.

In addition to entrepreneurial and teaching activities, he participated in a number of scientific and professional projects and published about thirty scientific and professional papers. He is a member of the Croatian Psychological Chamber and ESOMAR, and since 2017, he has been the national representative of ESOMAR for Croatia.

Marko Rakovac He graduated in law at the University of Rijeka, trained at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb and participated in a student exchange in Lithuania. His professional career includes work in various legal and project functions, such as senior expert associate for legal affairs in the County of Istria, expert associate for project implementation in the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service (HGSS), and projects in work with ropes at height. As a speleologist, he led several international expeditions into deep pits, organized rescue exercises and participated in numerous rescues. He has been a member of the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service (HGSS) since 2012, where he held a number of positions, including head of the Cave Rescue Commission and deputy head of the HGSS. He currently holds the position of executive head of HGSS. His work is aimed at improving the labor and legal relations of HGSS members, improving helicopter rescue, and strengthening the competencies of the membership. For him, HGSS symbolizes excellence based on expertise, experience and commitment, with the goal of positive social change.

As a member of working groups, she worked on amendments to the Enforcement Act in 2012, 2014 and 2017, the Bankruptcy Act, the Act on Consumer Bankruptcy, the Act on Debt Write-off of Natural Persons and the Act on Workers. As an expert in enforcement law, she made a significant contribution to the project of establishing a system of enforcement under the Law on Enforcement of Financial Assets. The application of this Act was a very important and extensive project that changed the previous methods of enforcement, and the main goals were to regulate debtor-creditor relations and increase the efficiency of collection. She actively participated in the development of the enforcement system through the drafting of laws to improve existing legal solutions, crisis management, policies, work and technological instructions. She held numerous professional trainings and educations and continuously cooperated with competent authorities and institutions. 

Since 2017, she has held the position of head of the Management Office, and then as an advisor to the Management Board, where she is in charge of solving the most complex issues and problems related to the functioning of individual parts of the system, as well as providing professional assistance to the President of the Management Board. Thanks to his professional approach and ten years of experience working in the complex system of Fine, he often participates in numerous trainings intended for the professional public. She is the author of several chapters in professional literature as well as numerous articles in professional journals.  

In 2020, she will become a member of the Fina Management Board, where she will continue to work intensively on improving the system of the top, and is also the initiator of numerous educational and informative activities with the aim of raising the financial literacy of the citizens of the Republic of Croatia.

Tea Vukušić Rukavina she was born on February 11, 1974 in Zagreb, where she attended primary and secondary school. She finished the fifth year of high school in 1992 and entered the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb the same year. During her studies, she worked as a demonstrator at the Department of Anatomy, and from 1994 to 1998 she was a scholarship holder of the city of Zagreb. I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 1999 and am doing a mandatory medical internship at the Center Health Center. In 2001, he was employed as a researcher at the Department of Medical Sociology and Health Economics of the Andrija Štampar School of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. In 2002, she enrolled in the doctoral (scientific postgraduate) study of Biomedicine and Health at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zagreb, which she completed in 2007. "Development of a measuring instrument to assess the stigmatization of mental disorders in print media" (under the mentorship of Stipe Orešković, Ph.D.) on November 25, 2011, successfully defended her graduation thesis and obtained an academic title doctor of medical sciences. From January 19, 2012 to April 2016, she was employed as a research intern in the senior assistant position. In 2012, she passed the specialist exam in psychiatry. From April 2016 to November 2021, she was employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Medical Sociology and Health Economics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. In September 2021, she was elected to the scientific title of senior scientific associate. Since November 2021, she has been employed as an associate professor at the Department of Medical Sociology and Health Economics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb.
Since November 2017, she has been appointed assistant director for health promotion and public relations at the "Andrija Štampar" School of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. Since May 2019, she has been the editor-in-chief mef.hrjournal of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. Since May 2023, she has been a member of the Commission of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia for the promotion and prevention of mental health.
A narrower field of scientific interest is the e-professionalism of healthcare workers, the methodology of qualitative research, the promotion and prevention of mental health, the stigma of mental illness, the relationship between the media and healthcare, and communication in science. During his scientific and professional work, associate professor, Ph.D. Tea Vukušić Rukavina participated in numerous domestic and international projects, published more than 100 public health, professional and scientific papers, 26 of which were published in internationally indexed journals.

He is a Fulbright scholar, Ford and Eisenhower fellow and was the Croatian representative at UNESCO and OECD. As a consultant for leadership, innovation management and digital transformation, he worked for numerous regional and global companies. He is a World Bank expert on change management, a member of the Club of Rome and an honorary member of the Croatian Helsinki Committee. He published 96 books, over 400 scientific and professional papers and over a thousand columns in popular magazines. He speaks Croatian, English, French, Italian, Russian and Slovenian. Petar has a master's degree in computer science and is the owner of DeeP Project. Through a multi-year career in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia and large private IT companies, he acquired key knowledge and skills in successful leadership and management of human resources. It is additionally improved through professional seminars in the field of relationship dynamics and understanding of human behavior. In addition to computer science studies and other "civilian" education, he also acquired an adequate military education in the field of leadership and management of people. He holds a doctoral degree in social sciences and is primarily focused on working with the Z-generation, mostly within the fintech sector. He is the author of several manuals on customer relationship management and leadership development and a regular columnist in Croatian business and ICT magazines in the field of human potential development.

Antonija Bušić Crnković is an experienced marketing and PR researcher with more than 15 years of work experience.
